TAMA FORTNER is an ECPA award-winning and bestselling author with more than sixty titles to her credit, including her latest releases Everyday Joys Devotional; God, I Feel Sad; and God, I Feel Scared. Her next devotional will be releasing from Ink & Willow/Waterbrook in 2025, and her next picture book will be releasing from Zonderkidz in 2026!

Tama has collaborated with some of the biggest names in Christian publishing to create inspirational books for all ages. But her greatest accomplishments happen in a happy little home on the outskirts of Nashville, Tennessee, where she lives with her family and two feisty little pups who are convinced they’re people too. TAMA FORTNER is an ECPA award-winning and bestselling author with more than sixty titles to her credit, including her latest releases Everyday Joys Devotional; God, I Feel Sad; and God, I Feel Scared. She is the writer behind the million-selling Indescribable for Kids series with Louie Giglio, as well as a number of books in the Jesus Calling children’s line, including the wildly successful Jesus Calling: 365 Devotions for Kids. Tama has collaborated with such well-known authors as Max Lucado, Levi Lusko, Sadie Robertson Huff, and Emily Ley to create inspirational books for all ages.

In addition to writing books, Tama’s articles and devotions have been featured in numerous publications, including Woman’s Day, Crosswalk.com, Arise Daily, and on KHCB radio blog. She has been a guest on television’s Today in Nashville, as well as such podcasts as Monica Swanson/Boy Mom, AllMomDoes, Growing Home Together, Open Door Sisterhood, Pardon the Mess, and more.

Tama’s upcoming releases include Prayers for Each Moment with Ink & Willow of Penguin Random House (2025) and a To-Be-Titled Christmas Story (Zonderkidz, 2026).
